Armour Plate Toughened Glass Doors
Southern Glass designed, manufactured and installed armour plate toughened glass doors at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, the home of Warwickshire County Cricket Club.
The doors were made in our factory and comprise 10mm toughened glass with full bright edge polishing. They show a slim line 75mm top and bottom polished aluminium rail, the rails incorporate the locks and fixing positions for the doors. Holes are neatly drilled through the glass to provide fixing positions for the satin stainless handles. The WCCC logo has been etched into the glass showing a soft sandblast finish. This process is carried out in our on site sandblast booth which is specifically used for this type of decorative glass etching work.
